8th International Training Firms Trade Fair - The Results of the Training Firms Competitions

The Slovak centre for training firms (SCCF) supports vocational education through the simulation of a firm life. School leavers are motivated by a subject „Training Firms“ and it also helps them in establishing and managing small and medium firms. In this process the Slovak Centre for Training Firms simulates state administration authorities a commercial court, a trade and tax agency, a social insurance and health management agency, and a labour office. The Slovak Centre for Training Firms helps in establishing and running firms and organises expert events and international fairs for training firms.
On the basis of decision of the Ministry of Education of SR, the Fictitious Companies Slovak Centre (SCCF) has been established at the State Vocational Education Institute of the Ministry of Education of SR. At present, the Fictitious Companies Slovak Centre offers the following services:
- On request, provides information concerning the establishment of the training company
- Offers on-going consultations to the fictitious companies (FC) in the areas of organization, pedagogical management and evaluation of the FC subject, and in the area of international business relations
- Publishes the list of fictitious companies and up-dates the list according to the actual situation of FC market
- Organizes seminars and instruction courses, and managers of the training companies are provided with opportunities for a further education
- Information for public is provided by publishing information materials, by way of cooperation with information media and real existing institutions and entrepreneurs
- SCCF supports international cooperation - informs the FC international market about activities of the FC’s, registers and up-dates the directory of foreign fictitious companies headquarters and foreign FC directory
- Ensures the preparation and realization of the Slovak fair of fictitious companies
- Ensures the cooperation with the foreign fictitious companies headquarters and participation of the Slovak FC at international fairs of the fictitious companies abroad
2. Business Registry at the Court of SCCF
- Controls necessary documents that are essential for registration of the fictitious company in the business registry
- Registers the FC’s with the business court at the SCCF and provides all necessary services accordingly
- Ensures controls of the documents which are requested for making the changes in the business registry
- Monitors topical legislation in the field of the Trade Law
- Registers and issues the trade authorization for simulated enterprise activities
- Controls the observance of the Trade Law
- Monitors the amendments of the tax laws
- Issues Registration and Tax Identification Number (DIC) Certificates
- On request of the training company, issues the certificates of Registration of the Value Added Taxpayer (DPH) according to a valid law
- Opens the bank accounts for the training companies
- Implements regular bank operations - e.g. issues the account statements, bank fees charges and so on
- Keeps payroll accounts of the training company employees
- Ensures the interbanking connections within Slovakia and abroad
- Keeps the accounts of Social and Health Care Insurance at SCCF and Employment Fund
6. Social and Health Care Insurance
- Registers the application forms and monthly accounts of lawful payments for health insurance, pension, health care insurance and employment fund.
